substances. Generally made from fruit or plants, such spirits enhance the
dishes, desserts and other preparations in which they are used with their
fragrances. BARDINET GASTRONOMIE selects, blends and works eaux de view,
liqueurs, liqueur wines and still wines to adapt them to match the needs of
professionals.
All these products, which are
approved as being exclusively for use by professionals recognised by the
Administration (by the allocation of a user number), benefit from tax
exemption.
